"That was the cleanest VRBO rental ever. Thank you. This small house is a good choice for a short stay. Pros: Quiet, safe location; dog friendly with almost fully fenced front yard; new kitchen; clean towels and linen; plenty of free TV channels. Cons: Beds have sharp edges, they are too big for small rooms; bed placement odd, needed to step on beds to open windows; backyard could use some TLC; BBQ in desperate need of replacement. Suggest installing a keyless entry system."

"We stayed at this property when we were in Tucson for graduation ceremonies ot U of A. It is a beautiful spot. The view is great. The unit is the best of the group. Inside is great. We enjoyed our time and would stay again. (minor detail: I could not figure out how to tune in ABC/NBC live on the TV but we were not there to watch TV and did not bother to contact the host.)"

"Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. "Staying in this home is a vacation in itself! The hillside setting with spectacular views of the valley below is fantastic. We could sit out on the patio for hours enjoying the picturesque landscape, the saguaros and ocotillo, and the many birds that visit. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub each day. "This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day..."
