Checked in was a disaster, there was no hot water, the remote to the TV did not work, when I sat on the chair outside our front door, I fell through. Hotels.com listed the room as a Queen and a double bed along with breakfast included. Upon arrival, no staff was present, Breakfast WAS NOT included, and the room only had one queen bed. The cottage was extremely small with no room to move around in. The bathroom was descent but the shower water would only get warm NOT hot. There was no sink in the bathroom and the sink in the kitchenette was extremely tiny (think RV bathroom size). Will have to shave and brush your teeth in the same place as the coffee maker. Space was extremely tight, approximately 1 foot on each side of the bed and 2 feet in the front of the bed. Property is listed as having a dinette area but you can hardly call that because your luggage will take up the entire area; a small Carryon bag and a small overhead bag and two small backpacks will take up all the space in the cottage. Be advised there is no closet whatsoever and the bathroom toilet will be within 2 feet of your bed. There is a per day cleaning fee yet the room was not very clean. Had a dirty sponge in the sink and bugs in the bed. Bring your own bedding such as sleeping bags to use as bedding as a precautionary measure.
