The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great. The location is fairly close to UofA (maybe 5-7 minutes drive time, so that was convenient for our purposes. Private and dog friendly. Found no issues with the fence keeping my dog in when they wanted to go out. Bigger than it looks in pics. Area is ok but it is close to a lot of attractions.
