"The one main issue is getting to this hotel with local taxi charging huge sums to go 4 km /they do run shuttle bus so I used grab which is the cheapest option /.the hotel room the bed is lovely and deluxe the bathrooms are not so and look a little unfair well and could do with a make over / local restaurant nearby although they are not cheap overall 4 stars and it is near the airport "

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Comfortable, clean hotel within walking distance to public transport, local attractions and food options. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Singapore. Outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but inside is great - we appreciated the larger room and generous sized bathroom. We were also very thankful that the hotel staff let us check in early after a very long night travelling - this was amazing. "

"Relatively new, beautiful & convenient hotel with direct link to Phaya Thai BTS (only 2 stops away from Chitlom) & airport link. Staffs are friendly & helpful. All services and/or info can b easily accessed thru an app available to hotel guests, and services ordered thru the app is also very prompt. there are 2 restaurants & 2 infinite pools onsite, so everywhere is not crowded.
