This space is the perfect location to experience all that Seattle has to offer. Close to the best restaurants, breweries, cafes and nightlife as well as parks, beaches, hospitals, stadiums, universities and downtown!

Whatever you are looking to explore, this location is the perfect jumping off point!

The space:
Queen size bed, fresh linens and towels provided, walk-in shower, 2 person couch, 4k Roku TV, high-speed wi-fi, electric 4 burner stove/oven, refrigerator and enough cooking utensils to get you by.

The neighborhood:
Walk up Union St in either direction to enjoy craft coffee and cocktails, buzzy local eateries, wine bars, breweries and dessert/donut shops. A full list of local recommendations that are walking distance will be sent after booking. If you don't mind taking the bus there is a line right out front that goes directly to Capitol Hill and then Downtown. There are also two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, one is a high end natural market with a great hot food bar, produce/meat selection and the other is a budget friendly grocery outlet, great for grabbing a cheap bottle of wine and crackers in a hurry.

Internet/connectivity:
Gigabyte high speed Wi-Fi

Parking:
One reserved space in the driveway.

Getting around:
Besides the one parking space in the driveway behind the house, there's also free overnight street parking (72hr max). However, at times the street parking can get tight. Of note we do not allow oversized vehicles, trucks, trailers, vans or any commercial vehicles in the driveway. You must find street parking for those vehicles.

There are bus stops in all directions within 2 minute walk. Uber's and Lyft's are less than 2 minutes away. There are also an abundance of e-scooters and e-bikes like Lime.

We had a good stay. The place was cozy, but it had a funny smell - could not point out wether it was humid or just being closed without ventilation. This woke me up a few times at night. I would had liked a bit more clean. Towels and Sheets could be fresher, newer, whiter. Did not use your towels - luckily had my own, had my blanket and pillow. Fridge is new, but I would make sure metal doors on upboards are immaculate. No microwave, so we couldn't reheat meals. No hair dryer, even description said there was one. Did not use TV or sitting on tiny sofa. List said it's for 2 people, but it really is for one person. .... Not sure if I would choose this place on another occasion or stay at a hotel for same amount, after all cleaning fees are added it's just about same.

Great location in central district
We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.

Property was clean, but the people that lived umabobe it were so loud! It wasnt our host's fault, but we still had a rough time with these neighbors. The toilet tank's chain broke off on our second day due to rust. Our host fixed it that afternoon. Overall, good stay!

Convenient & Cozy
Stay was perfectly great for what I needed, which was a place for quiet and rest after busy days. There wasn't a hair dryer or microwave like the listing stated as amenities, but there was a full on stove/oven which was really nice. Drivers be careful when parking in the space, my car's front wheels rolled into the gravel and I had to use some clever maneuvering to get my car back over the drop from cement to gravel. Owner was super responsive when I had a question about the lock. Would totally recommend to single travelers or couples.

Great location!
This apartment had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a bunch of cute spots. Bus stops are right outside which make traveling around super easy. Comfy bed & great water pressure. Chris was easy to work with & the check in/check out process was seamless! Would recommend.

Cute and cozy in Seattle
Overall this was an adorable little spot for a getaway. Just a couple notes …. We never found a blow dryer, although listed as an amenity. You know, couple of girls, drying our hair in the cold weather would’ve good. We picked up and donated a kettle for future guests to enjoy coffee, tea, cocoa … Overall fairly clean, although the French press still had coffee in from a previous guest and the keureg needed some attention. Again, we enjoyed our stay, a couple of recommendations to make it even better: a chair by the door to make it easy to put shoes back on as you leave, since it is required to not wear shoes inside. A corner rack or something in the shower so guests don’t have to bend down in the small space to use body wash, shampoo, etc. and last rec: mount the TV on the wall with a swivel where it is, or place on the shelf on the wall opposite the bed where it can be easily watched from both the seating area and the bed. I do recommend this spot, the above are just suggestions. I hope future guests find the kettle helpful.
