Minuses: No more juice bar, which we always enjoyed, no drink servers at the buildings (which is inconvenient if you have a swim-up unit), and the bath towels are not replaced every day "due to sustainability efforts." But overall, Excellence El Carmen is at the top of our list. We are going back in September. "
