Our Butler Hugo, was always extremely helpful and kind. He helped us with dinner reservations and sent messages to us everyday making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Anyone planning on going on a trip here I encourage you to do the privilege package as it makes the vacation so much better!"

"My family and I had the best time at Grand Sirenis! The resort is wonderful in every aspect. We loved the beach and lazy river. The food was also really good. Lots of options to choose from. The shows at night were very well put together with really talented dancers. Another highlight was getting to see the dolphins onsite! Special shoutout to Ricardo at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful, making sure we had a great stay. Also, Erik in the main dinning hall was excellent. He's there for breakfast and lunch. The best waiter at the resort, so attentive and friendly! My only con would be the main concierge of our building. He was not very helpful and was barely there. Overall we had a great stay. They made us feel extra special for booking with Expedia. We would definitely recommend the Grand Sirenis :) "

"This resort exceeded our expectations, the staff were friendly and professional we had the opportunity to visit another resort for a day it was much bigger and grand but the vibe and atmosphere did not compare to Ocean Maya Royale. A huge thank you to our butler Alfredo who was there always and made us feel at home. Our stay was relaxing and refreshing, all the food was delicious and fresh the grounds were well manicured and appealing. We miss it already and can’t wait to come back!
