Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach.
