“Look harder and don't be to cheap”
This is the first time i arrived at a hotel and they did not have my room ready by 1 pm. We arrived at 230 pm and it was a big deal to get our rooms ready. Also we stayed over night for one night and the hotel would not give us towels for a shower the next day. I could not complain about the actual room. It was average for a cheap night hotel. If you want to save money the hotel is not bad, but i should have done more research and I'm sure $10.00 extra dollars would have gone a long way.
“not good”
Arival was just O.K. Key card had hard time unlocking door.The card reader had a problem.Tryed 3 different cards.All had the same problem.The room was a low 3.The queen bed was a slab,very uncomfortabal,and the pillows were about 3" thick before you put your head on them.Very,very uncomfortabal.I had misplaced my car keys,and went to the office to see if they might be in lost and found,The staff treated me like a 3rd class citisen and "told" me to go look in my bags. Very rude.
“This is just plain unacceptable”
Everything else about our combination booking went well for our Spring training jaunt to Phoenix. But this hotel was definitely the dregs. By the end of our first night, we were plagued by a tipping toilet, thin walls and floors, sagging and ripped mattresses, and the fact that yards away from our room, a fleet of semis seemed to idle all night in an improvised truck stop. The neighborhood was questionable, and parking lot strewn with fresh fast food garbage every morning. The last two nights we were kept awake by honking trucks and nocturnal neighbors (or at least those who may have been renting their rooms by the hour). All this topped with a sewing needle I discovered imbedded in my scratchy little bath towel (fortunately before the shower) leads me to conclude that this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
