“Super Place Without Super Bowl”
A very family friendly place with a lot of kids; and pets are allowed. Nevertheless, the resort doesn't lose its appeal as an adult getaway. There is only one unfortunate oversight that the cleaning staff made: When I first entered the bathroom on day one of our three day stay, I noticed that the toilet bowl was "marked" by the previous guest (presumably). Aside from that, the room was well cleaned during our visit. The resort was well maintained and looked terrific during the Christmas season. The personnel were very polite and helpful.
“Great Stay at Westin Kierland!”
This was a lovely resort. All of the food options were delicious and it's in a great location right next to Kierland Commons.d
“Great Hotel”
unbelieveable. we travel all over and this Hotel treats you like a king! Staff was very nice and extreemly helpfull. No matter how many times we tore up the room they cleaned it. Great Hotel we will be back for sure. This hotel could be the training center for all hotels!
“The place to stay in Phoenix/Scottsdale”
Have stayed in the Phoenix area twice in the past 5 years...both at the Westin Kierland. If we were going back tomorrow, we would stay there again. Absolutely perfect!
“Great large resort experience in Scottsdale...”
We greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Westin Kierland. It was a pleasant experience and surpassed what we had expected. Although it is a large, full scale resort, the staff there was very responsive during our stay. We especially appreciated the staff's willingness to make adjustments when there was a problem with our room. We were very satisfied with the accommodations, service, and location. We will be back.
“Westin Kierland”
Excellent facility with great restaurants and service. Close to a beautiful shopping area within walking distance.
“When is it time to go back?!”
A great getaway with kids! Can't wait to return! A car isn't necessary, but nice to have to drive into downtown and/or hiking.
“Perfect location”
This was a really nice hotel in a perfect location in Scottsdale. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools are nice, one for families and the other for adults and well behaved children. Lots to do. Spa was nice as well.
“Warm weather getaway”
The hotel and amenities are beautiful and I can recommend this Westin to anyone. I would say that the check-in was smooth and the front desk offered that the bellman would keep our luggage while our room was being readied. Also, we were able tø get a later check-out (1 1/2 hrs) which was a big help.
“Great resort”
Terrific resort, golf a bit overpriced, last one out on Sunday eve 5pm and got charged $72 for 9 holes so played elsewhere later in week Otherwise had a 5-star experience
