Good for what it is
This property was fine for where it is and the price it was offered. The only thing is to be ready for some bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. Traveling by myself, okay, but would not bring significant other here.

Great little place if you’re visiting Maryvale for Milwaukee Brewers spring training. Couldn’t be closer. Apartment complex is a bit on the wild side but not unsafe; just rough enough at the edges that you shouldn’t expect to spend your time milling around there without purpose. Apartment was nice, clean, everything important worked. Appreciated the closet space and showers. Good for an extended stay if in town for work.
