The Courtyard Phoenix North is part of the expanding Happy Valley area containing shops, restaurants and new residences located in North Phoenix near the 101 freeway and I-17. The hotel is conveniently located but far enough from the interstate to offer a quiet night's sleep. This Phoenix accommodation offers spacious and beautifully-appointed guestrooms with amenities including a sofa bed, plasma TV, free Internet access and luxury bedding. The hotel has a Cafe open for breakfast only, in addition to 24 hour business center, 24 hour fitness center, hot tub and a resort-style outdoor pool, shared with the adjacent Residence Inn. “Very nice Courtyard in quiet area”
our stay was everything we expected from a Courtyard; very clean, professional staff and the room very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel and location.
“Excellent place”
We enjoyed our stay because the hotel was in a great location, close to shops, resturants, & the movies. Our room was spacious, clean, new,and quiet. The pool was great too! The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to interstate. Great place for business travelers. We didn't eat breakfast, looked good though.
“Clean and Comfortable”
Great hotel. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Parking is good, and they let us check in almost 3 hours early which was great. It was a little difficult to locate at first, but no real issue. Free internet is always nice, and the rooms were well laid out. Only downside is breakfast... it's about $10 a person and not really worth it. Yes they had a large variety of food available, but it was not the quality I would of expected after having to pay for what is normally complimentary. Nice lounge and business area however. If you like to golf there is a great little course about 5 minutes away called Adobe Dam off Pinnacle Peak- awesome rates for the area and a late night driving range. Would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed, very comfortable, and good size rooms. Good breakfast. Large new shopping centers nearby. Easy access to Phoenix freeway network. Extremely good value, will definitely be staying here again.
“Phoenix Vacation”
Newly built Courtyard, 5 floors, north of Phoenix, north of the 101 loop, but easy freeway access. Two new shopping centers nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops. Ice machines in the hall was noisy, so get a room away from them. Elevators centrally located on each floor. Great workout room with new equipment and free weights. Shared swimming pool with the Residence Inn next door. Will stay here again on our next trip.

Very clean hotel, staff was friendly & helpful, the daily breakfast was perfect & delicious, there was fresh water in the lobby, and the hotel was very quiet at night. Had a wonderful Christmas holiday in Phoenix & we would definitely stay here again.
