"The Cole house on 17 mile dr at Pebble Beach was perfect. We had three couples and all three rooms were so comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed our view of the Water inside and outside while sitting around the fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals during our stay. Loved walking across the street to the Lone Cypress tree and along 17 mile dr. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us."

"If you are planning a trip to Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea, or just want to be on the Monterey Peninsula, you are not going to do much better than this property. Minutes from Ocean Ave in Carmel, Pebble Beach Golf Course, Poppy Hills Golf Course and of course 17 Mile Drive. We had six adults staying for a quick golf trip and wanted to be close to the course. We knew the booking was top notch, but were blown away with the level of luxury. The craftsmanship and design that went in to this...

"House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area...

"We had a wonderful weekend stay, such a great location with an easy walk to the beach and Pebble Beach facilities. Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel for day trips (10 min drive). The house is a little run down but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay. We would definitely go again!"
