"It got the job done"
The idea was to have a quick get-away to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel was more than adequate.

"Typical Business Hotel. No Surpise (Good or Bad)"
I stayed there for 3 nights. Everything was pretty much as expected, from comfort, cleaniness, to services. The bed was comfortable with plenty of decent pillows. Bathroom was clean and relatively new. However, there was no bathtub for a relaxing bath after a long day. As a whole, the hotel staff was professional and cordial. All in all, there is no "Wow" or "Very Nice" moment; at the same time, there is no "I am not coming back" moment neither.

"Excellent Hotel in San Francisco! "
The St. Regis met all of our expectations! The staff was consistently helpful and polite, the location is great for shopping and restaurants, and the house car was a great bonus to get to North Shore or Fishermans Warf for extra dinner options (tip: take the house car, which is a luxury auto, to dinner and then take Uber Black back to your hotel). Overall, this was a first-class hotel!

"Grateful Dead & Half Moon Bay"
Worth every penny. Staff was insanely friendly. One of the top hotels I've ever stayed in. $47 a day to park is a bit high, but good service costs money. This is a STELLAR place to visit/stay. Only 40 minutes to the airport and Levi's Stadium.

"Comfortable room, excellent service, great food!"
I was there for three days during an on-site conference. For the conference the staff was excellent, prompt, and professional. The food that was served, prepared on-site, was very very good. Conference facilities were modern, clean and well equipped. From the overnight perspective my room was very spacious. The bathroom was clean, enjoying both a tub and separate shower. Bed was very cozy, slept extremely well. I had a flight delay and arrived much later than they had expected. I was marked for early check-in at noon, but did not arrive until 7:30pm. I was offered a free upgrade from my standard room to a king suite, and was given access to the business class level floor for their Imperial Lounge offering free breakfast and daily happy hour. Needless to say you "won me at Hello". Was a very pleasant surprise after a long day of travel and very generous offer. The next time I find myself in San Francisco I will return to the Nikko Hotel! Great job Nikko family!

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff!"
Overall San Fran was fantastic. We stayed in the financial district, which can be a bit tricky for restaurant options. There are so many ways to get everywhere it can be a little confusing . The hotel was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. They arranged a rental car for us with no issues. They were more than willing to help.
