"Wonderful visit"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Nice big driveway and plenty of space. We were nervous because the beds were firm but in fact they were quite comfortable as they were a tempur pedic style. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out was smooth and easy. Beautiful property with a nice view from the back and we even saw a rare bobcat!"

"The Cole house on 17 mile dr at Pebble Beach was perfect. We had three couples and all three rooms were so comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed our view of the Water inside and outside while sitting around the fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals during our stay. Loved walking across the street to the Lone Cypress tree and along 17 mile dr. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us."

"When I was booking our stay I was a bit concerned that the listing didn’t have any reviews yet. Still I took a chance and booked it because the pictures and location looked very appealing and I realized a brand new rental unit wouldn’t have many reviews anyway. The minute we crossed the entry gate to the residential community (providing free access to 17 mile drive for owners and guests) I felt like I made the right choice. Short drive through the peaceful, beautifully landscaped neighborhood...

"House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area...

"We had a wonderful weekend stay, such a great location with an easy walk to the beach and Pebble Beach facilities. Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel for day trips (10 min drive). The house is a little run down but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay. We would definitely go again!"
