WONDERFUL staff - extremely nice, friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice. And they have a great outdoor area for enjoying several fire pits, music, appetizers and drinks. The service is exceptional. And I love the valet service. "This hotel met our needs for a clean & quiet place to sleep for 2 nights in the San Francisco area. It was close to the airport and had free parking for our rental car. The beds and pillows were adequate, as was the bathroom. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, as we walked down to Camino Corner for a delicious breakfast both mornings of our stay. If you don’t plan to spend much time at your hotel, I definitely recommend staying here. "

Free WiFi, basic free TV channels, no bath, room on the smaller side (but not tiny, still room to move arround). Fruit, iced water, coffee, and a large selection of teas available near the lobby. No daily housekeeping, which suited us fine, but you can ask them to remove rubbish or replace towels if needed. Great location near Union...
