"Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. "This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. We stayed for several days and didn't even leave the town of Montepulciano as there was so much to explore. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we were all sad to leave."

"The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware.
