"This home is located in a nice neighborhood close to a walking trail around a lake and also interesting homes in the neighborhood. The home was great for a family gathering for events we had scheduled in Minneapolis with the homes location near downtown. It is winter but for spring/summer the back deck/patio needs some attention. The house offering is not worth the value of the rental but when considering it's location that helps overcome the high cost. We were pleased with our decision and...

"The kitchen light went out one day before checkout. I messaged the host, received no response. Lightbulb was never replaced, I was forced to cook with poor lighting only using light above stove. Front door needs to be repaired very difficult to lock. Windows were opened not locked when we arrived."
