"This hotel is in the heart of the downtown, close to restaurants and bars. It is also situated close to IDS center, tallest building in the city. You can't go to the top of the building but definitely get into the courtyard that offers some restaurants. Staffs are friendly, they maybe proactive to guide somone out of the state or city. I expect a 4 star hotel to provide filtered water instread of bottle vending machines and help environment, this hotel doesnt have it. Parking fee is there...
