"I liked the spacious room (Iberville double bed) and shower, the soft color scheme and brightness of the hallways. The shower could not be turned off completely so you could hear a little drip, but it was not bothersome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and easy. "

In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of. "The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
