I enjoyed the poolside bar and the atmosphere they’ve created outside with all the various games. The one thing I didn’t appreciate was that there was a “service fee” simply for cleaning the room, which wasn’t verbally communicated to me. Basically, they charge you just for having the house cleaners do anything in your room and don’t give you a communicated option to opt out of the service.

We never stayed when I booked the room online it had a balcony when we checked in we had no balcony so I went to get the right room and the front desk lady wanted 20.00 more dollars to switch it after I already paid for that room with a balcony

I have stayed at this property several times. I really like it. I stayed recently for 2 nights. I really enjoy spending time at the very nice pool area. There is a bar/grill on site. Unfortunately, this time, my relaxing time at the pool was ruined by the deafening noise of construction equipment working on the property across from the pool. This was on a week-day so I am sure that it wouldn't be the case on a week-end day.

For the price and how close this property is to universal and Disney is pretty good. The rooms were clean and big and the pool and bar a average size. I just didn't like how the pool was full of leaves and breakfast is very limited but the coffee is good.

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. It was close to everything we were going to- disney/ seaworld/ airport/ shops/ restaurants. Had a few small issues in my room with not knowing how to control the temperature...the tv remote was not working and a light was not working properly, told front desk and they came with us to our room and fixed temp and remote imeditely and came next day to fix the light. Defintely will stay here again!
