“Great place to stay while in Minneapolis”
I enjoyed my 4 day stay at the Hyatt. Great hotel with all the services you may want. Great food, wireless connections, spacious rooms, airline boarding passes, etc. However, on one of the 4 nights the room next door had a birthday party and had to call the hotel security twice (once at midnight and the other at 2:30 am) to resolve the issue. It was resolved adequately the second time. No other issues.
“Very chic but comfortable hotel”
We were very happy with hotel staff and the location of the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Parking in the garage was a bit pricey, but not surprising for the area. The only thing I had a problem with was the "breakfast"/"morning" special that came as part of our room reservation. I searched throughout the Hyatt website for information on this deal, but there was none. You receive a voucher upon check-in for the breakfast buffet in the lobby. However, what isn't clear is that you'll immediately go over that amount by quite a bit more if you do eat there--in other words, the voucher won't cover this. It was very expensive, especially for a pretty simple buffet...AND, the voucher you did get isn't much of a deal...the breakfast addition brought the original price of the room up. We would have much rather gone out for a much better deal/experience for breakfast in the city, but were misled by the "breakfast" promotion.
“Excellant Hotel”
I had a great stay at the hotel here. Rooms were in excellant shape, service was great, and the location was great too Besides eating at the Hotel your in walking distance of many other restaurants as well as stores.
“Hyatt snowstorm wknd”

“would go back again”

“Well kept and convienently located”
Guest service and hotel room were excellent. Did not use other hotel ammenities.
“Ideal hotel for a Minneapolis visit”
We were in town for only a day and needed someplace conveniently located, so we grabbed the Hyatt Regency. It was a perfect stay. Top-notch staff, clean room, and, most of all, quiet. We sort of anticipated problems when we arrived. First we saw a dozen identically dressed and perfectly coiffed women in the lobby. Then we started noticing all these guys in sharkskin suits. They too were perfectly coiffed. It was a wedding party. And there also seemed to be a large number of bimbo-esque young women roving the property. We figured some sort of class reunion or party was also scheduled. So we expected that familiar 2 a.m. Sunday hotel wakeup call -- yelling, banging on doors, drunken louts stumbling into walls, crashing of dishes, etc. But we didn't hear a thing. This place is either incredibly sound-proofed, or these were the best behaved guests ever. (We later learned that the hotel was hosting two weddings and three bachelorette parties. ... nicely done.) Anyway, it was a great, restful stay. Highly recommended. And don't forget a stop at Al's Breakfast in Dinkytown, the perfect end to a perfect weekend.
“Lovely downtown Minneapolis hotel”
Easy to walk to great restaurants, centrally located, easy trip from the airport, although the shuttle is $15 each way. The updated rooms are modern, stylish, clean and very comfortable. The only negative is no hot tub in the pool area. Everything else about this hotel is wonderful.
“My favorite hotel”
The Hyatt is my favorite hotel chain. I always tell everyone how comfortable the beds are!
“Very relaxing stay.”
The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay there again.
