"Location, size and cleanliness is great"

"Wonderful staff all around, from reception to housekeeping, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, minor cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom but nothing gross. Would recommend having a light blanket as the duvet was too hot and just a sheet was too cold. It is a 2 minute walk to teams and buses. Less than 5 min walk to train station. Street noise was loud at night and construction in the area started early, so definitely bring ear plugs or white noise to drown out the noise. Great stay! Would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful property. Exceptional staff, especially Annabelle Weiss at reception . Always courteous and helpful. Rooms were very modern but a bit quirky. Light switches and outlets difficult to work at first. Excellent buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurant. Very convenient location right next to the central station and Ubahn station, however there is a fair amount of construction in the area and the area to the west of the hotel is a bit rundown, but you can avoid it easily as there is nothing to see in that direction. Easy walk to old town and pedestrian shopping areas. Overall,this is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Happy we chose THE SOFITEL."
