The hotel was under renovation but our room was clean and comfortable the hotel staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. This hotel is a good alternative to the casinos if you are not into that.

"Lovely hotel for those on a budget in LV."
Great hotel and breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk from LV strip, tough job in 100 degrees, also not a great area for food and felt a bit unsafe, but we were in a group so we were OK. Also found other travellers who were doing the walk so walked across with them. Silly thing only found out parking is free in LV hotel car parks so used our car on last day to avoid the heat.

We used the hideabed couch. Housekeeping brought us sheets, a thin blanket and one pillow. We had to make up the bed ourself and call down for a quilt. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Element

"Nice quiet spot close to the strip"
Our first time here, the place was nice, staff was very accomodating. It was a short walk to the monorail, perfect way to get back and forth to and from the strip. after spending all day in casino noise, it was nice to have a little break without the haze of smoke. It would definitely be my choice to stay for a return trip. If you are traveling with people in wheelchairs and you want to get to the strip, might be a little bit of work. For people who can walk, not a problem.

"Average hotel for the money"
The room was clean and in general quiet. The hotel is not comparable to other Hawthorn Suites I have stayed in. It is more like an average motel along a highway. The desk did not come with a lamp so I could not do any reading in the night time. Anyway if you want to get a cheap and clean place to stay far away from Vegas, this is a possibility.

I know there's better selections in Vegas but if you want off the grid non smoking family friendly facility this is it. It's not over the strip so your view is the freeway. I don't mind

"Great service but a bit loud!"
Nice guest service agent! I loved the price for such a spacious room. It was clean but I thought the A/C was too loud. Also my room was by the elevator so I could here all the people. I'm sure the other rooms are much quieter. Very clean gym and business center.

"Nice hotel with two beautiful swans swimming "
The sofa bed is an added bonus except the extra blanket in the storage was dirty and when asked for a new one, it's so old and full of holes. The breakfast buffet is good with fresh made omelette except the line is moving too slow. We had to wait 20 minutes for an omelet.
