"Nice customer service"
We were at 3rd floor room when our dogs started barking some guests complained which we fully understand, they moved us to the first floor and even upgraded our room to much bigger one, they even offered to check our dogs if they start barking again. They are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you again.

"Close to the mgm hotel"
The room was really small, it needs to be updated a little. It's close to the strip so its convenient...you get what you pay for so if you are trying to save yourself money and just need a room to stay then I would recommend this hotel.

"good location, good price"
Close by parking, friendly staff, good size room. Very good price. Has a pool, small but adequate. No glitz and glamour but had everything you need and was clean, quiet. Can walk to the strip in 10min.

"Nice hotel without casino. "
Adjacent to Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall South. Those not driving a car can access the SDX (Strip & Downtown Express) bus at the opposite end of the Outlet Mall, and change buses at the South Strip Transit Center nearby for multiple bus routes. A $20 3-day bus pass covers the SDX and Deuce buses as well as all other bus routes.

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay at. There is plenty of shopping right in the building, a great food court, and a club. You can get free tix to the club usually too. I felt the room could have been cleaner there were smudges on the window and an ugly stain on the comforter. The gambling was ok but crowded and hard to find a spot sometimes especially early in the day. The pools are nice (heated) and the gym is spectacular. Also at other casinos at checkout time we usually would get comped at least one or two nights not the case here.

"Nice, quiet and reasonable"
Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel, but let me give a few details: First, the hotel staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone seemed intent on making my stay comfortable. Second, the facilities were clean and well-kept. There were a few "funny" smells lingering around the hallways, but I mostly attribute that to people cooking in their rooms. The pool area was clean and the pool itself is a nice size. Even the parking lot was relatively clean! Overall, the room was very good. All the rooms were recently updated (2013, I believe), and are very clean and all non-smoking. The kitchenette area has all your essentials for preparing and eating simple meals, and the full-size refrigerator will hold all your grocery supplies easily. The bed was clean and comfortable as well as the pillows. The bathroom was also very clean with all the essentials well-stocked. Even the showerhead flowed smoothly! Please keep in mind that this hotel is a mid-level chain designed to accommodate business travelers for extended periods of time. For example, maid service is once per week, which is when they thoroughly clean the room and supply fresh towels/linens. They are more than happy to give you fresh linens before then if you take then to the front desk to exchange. They also offer free use of washers/dryers. Overall, a nice place to stay! Please see comments in "cons" section, though!

"Fantastic pool great views and room"
Why stay on the Strip? Beats me. An oasis in the desert and really chilled. Super pool where you can actually swim with no beer swilling Jocks. Great views from super suite...good cheap food from either Mex or pub in village. Now staying at MGM..opposite of all the above!
