"This hotel is great. The convenience of having a JR station only steps away was a plus. It is also very calm and quiet compared to the rest of Tokyo. Great for families. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast is very delicious and has plenty of options. Only thing I would say is that rooms are a bit tight I am traveling with a family of 4, but other than that this place is perfect. "

"We only stayed here for one night, but it was a lovely place to stay. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Yes it's a bit mid century modern, but it adds to the charm. The garden is lovely, at the moment it is filled with lights at night which adds to the atmosphere. It was an easy walk to Shinagawa station for getting around Tokyo, but if you have a lot of luggage the walk from the station is up a small hill. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff as well. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lovely tea and snacks included as well. We used the Osen, gym nearby (extra change), hand the traditional dinner and breakfast in our room and toured around Tokyo. The hotel is located in the financial district which was a little too quiet on the weekends and none of the underground restaurants were open. Other than that, our experience was perfect. Would definitely recommend. "

"I found there’s another kanakas hotel nearby, named karaksa hotel colors. It was very noticeable from the limousine bus on the way. It was a terrible experience to look for the original karaksa with heavy trunks. Otherwise it was very convenient, clean and comfortable . I would like to thank to the kind staffs."
