It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. "This isn’t the kind of place I’d like to stay for many days but it was great for a couple of days. And it’s a great location. Close to Duval St. and close to Southernmost Point. It was too cool for the pool but there was a nice pool right behind this unit. It’s small but it serves its purpose."

During the hot months I think it would be a bit uncomfortable, granted we don’t stay in room much but after being out All day . Sleeping for me was just right with ceiling fan and large pedestal fan on high . But if it was 5-10 degrees hotter at night I wouldn’t of faired so well.. but it was perfect none the less"

"My husband & I love visiting Key West. We know our way around. This was a last minute decision vacation. When entering the room we were Shocked at how small this unit really was. Our stay was for a week. We both had full luggages but had no where to put our things. This room had one window that faced an alley so no view. Bed was comfortable and sheets & towels clean. Bathroom was a tight fit, especially the shower problematic for a person over 225lb. Pool side was very nice landscaped...

"Location was perfect. The place is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. Could use some updates the coffee pot was single serve with two coffee bags. Luckily, a fantastic coffee shop was about 100 feet away. If you have bad back, I would not recommend this place. The mattress's were horrible. Pretty pricey for what you get."
