Spacious, roomy, and quite. The check in process is intimidating at first, but the owners give an easy to follow, step-by-step process that is easy to master. "Very nice property right in downtown Sandusky Check in process was easy. Lots of room for families and plenty of space to stretch out. Only downside was the parking on the side of the building. Some overgrown shrubs made it difficult to get out of our cars. Other than that, great place to stay for families or big groups"

"We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a great few days and to see the eclipse in totality. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. "This place is close enough to everything you would want to do to relax! Sitting on the balcony looking at the water was just what I needed. One improvement to the experience: make sure the balcony & outdoor furniture is cleaned off and the cobwebs are swept before guests arrive (The chair cushion in the condo could use some updating too) Having access to the pool is a great bonus.
