This third floor (walkup) is a recent renovation, a five-minute walk from dozens of downtown restaurants, attractions, and island ferries, including access to the world-renowned Cedar Point. Our spacious front room is perfect for families with a dining table that expands to seat up to ten. Two, off-street parking spaces included!

Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably with air mattress access (full sized) for 2 additional children, bringing your total party to 8. Brand new appliances and a 65-inch Roku television in a spacious front room with easy kitchen access.

Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Downtown is only a short walk.

Great place to stay
Very nice property right in downtown Sandusky Check in process was easy. Lots of room for families and plenty of space to stretch out. Only downside was the parking on the side of the building. Some overgrown shrubs made it difficult to get out of our cars. Other than that, great place to stay for families or big groups

Lovely place to stay in Sandusky!
My family and I enjoyed our weekend here. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. Robert was very helpful with his detailed instructions and very responsive with the few questions I had. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very clean, spacious, brand new appliances, whole place was modern, with nice flooring, new window treatments (huge windows) paint, lighting. Loved it! One small bummer … two not so comfy beds & low water pressure. We were on the top floor. We Called it the “penthouse”

Very nice, clean stay with great location
Very nice and very clean apartment with adequate space for our group (6 adults and 1 infant). Great location by downtown Sandusky restaurants and bars, close to the water. Robert was very helpful and communicated well!

Weekend trip to Cedar Point
We came here for a quick weekend trip to Cedar Point. Very clean place. The communication with the owner was always very good. The only downfall was the queen bed in the spare room was very uncomfortable.

Great girls trip
Robert was an A++ host! Everything that we needed was provided. The xondo was clean, easy to access and had parking. He recommended great places to eat and the location of the condo was central to a lot of places that we wanted to visit while in Sandusky! We will be back!
