"Loved our time at this property. I stayed with my husband and sister. We had plenty of room and privacy. Literally steps away from the beach. Waves and current we're pretty wild, but I could just sit on that beach and stare at the beautiful ocean all day. Location was great, 10-15 minutes from the airport and a very central spot on the island. You could drive to the north or south end within 35 minutes. "Lava Lava is on site for all meals and is great.property is Quiet by ten every night except for the surf which is just a few steps past the restaurant. Small but very nice rooms with everything that’s needed. Parking is in short supply but they do have valet. Best staff I’ve ever encountered. So kind and helpful! "

"Although a bit dated we had a lovely stay here. The draw back here is although there is a beach it isn't a great one and dangerous to swim at as the undertow is very very strong. Also there is an enormous amout of driftwood and large pieces of wood in the water which is very dangerous. The staff were lovely. The grounds were beautiful. "This is an older property that needs some updates. They staff were very nice and very helpful. Sits in a nice location next to the beach which was nice. It's about 1/4 mile from parts of the older Kaapa town area. "

"Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure.
