"Lava Lava is on site for all meals and is great.property is Quiet by ten every night except for the surf which is just a few steps past the restaurant. Small but very nice rooms with everything that’s needed. Parking is in short supply but they do have valet. Best staff I’ve ever encountered. So kind and helpful! "

"This is an older property that needs some updates. They staff were very nice and very helpful. Sits in a nice location next to the beach which was nice. It's about 1/4 mile from parts of the older Kaapa town area. "

"Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
