"Communication was exceptional. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. It more than met our needs for a group of women who wanted their own place to sleep, but a common area to gather. The house was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen along with comfortable and ample space both inside and out. All we had to bring was our food and good company."

"This was an amazing place to stay in the summer. Perfectly located with quick access to a grocery store, shopping and the beach. The house was spotless, even the top of the main fireplace! We felt comfortable and at home. Only thing we would suggest is blackout blinds for the upper bedrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect and we can’t wait to book again."

"Nice modern townhouse. Nice touches like hampers in the rooms, some treats in the kitchen. Kitchen has a lot of prep space. The only issue is that 2 of three bathrooms had only body wash rather than shampoo (and my teen boys don't know any better!). I am confident that this will be rectified for the next vacationer as Clyde was very responsive to my messages. I also loved the easy going cleaning rules before check out. Much appreciated!"

The only thing was the lack of a hot tube mentioned in the description. There is a pond that you can use as swimming pool. The tap water is not potable."
