"This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!"

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. "Four of us girlfriends traveled from WI and SC to have a long weekend together. The accommodations were good, great location, quiet neighborhood. While some things outside could use some attention they did not impact our stay. We all had a wonderful weekend, the check in and check out process was very easy."

"great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt"

"What a lovely home! My parents, sister, and my kids all got to unite at this lovely property. We made tacos, strolled, in the bluebells, played games (including a shuffleboard tournament) and were able to truly enjoy our time together. The property manager was prompt in communications. We felt welcomed and cared for — and would live to return!"

"This cottage provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It was clean and had amenities as listed. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful wildflowers and basking in the quiet. We drove around many counties in the area visiting Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Kerrville, and Marble Falls. Enjoyed shopping, visiting wineries and distillery. One suggestion that my husband had was to move the bathroom mirror up 3 inches for taller folks....

"Wow! I hosted my 30th birthday here this past weekend and it was perfect! Communication and responsiveness from the host was great! There was ample room in all of the entertainment areas for people to sit, eat, and sleep. The property was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. "This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area."
