Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. "Clean, but shower was hard to control. Drainage could have been better. Floor slippery. No safety grab bars in shower. Towell rack is above toilet. No hand towel at sink. Otherwise we liked it very much. Good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful."
