Located a short drive from the hotel, they offered taxi service for us from the airport and to our next stay. They have a great and inexpensive dining menu, along with snacks/drinks available downstairs. Someone is always at the desk for assistance. Our room came with two queen size beds, very comfortable, extra pillows aswell. It was clean though our room was on the street and noisy at night. One of our windows could not lock but we were able to secure it. We paid a small fee for both pick up and drop off at the airport. They offered a simple but good little menu for the evening and the Wi-Fi worked. If u are arriving late or leaving early in the morning for a flight out, or if you just want to avoid traffic, then you might want to consider this as an option. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. I slept well, was greeted with a coffee and a smile in the morning, and a taxi was soon arranged at a favourable price for my onward trip into Hanoi.
