"The location is perfect to jump on the subway or walk to many sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices at Grand Central or around. We used our $15 credit in the Market every day but beware, the prices in that market are very high. We also found the street noise very audible (sirens, horns ) but luckily we were exhausted from touring all day and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept through it. "

The breakfast experience was average in the hotel restaurant and we were expecting a little more being in NYC. The only issue with the hotel we noticed was a customer pointed out an issue with the elevator not working properly. The view of the Empire State Building at night time was stunning from our room and made my mother’s evening! We would definitely stay here again. "
