"This was the first time our group has done a VRBO. Generally, we do hotels with meeting rooms in the hotel, catered lunches and breakfasts, and then restaurants in the evenings. Staying together in a shared space, collaborating with meals and clean-up helped bring everyone together in a nice way. Evening activities we’re spontaneous and informal. The property is beautiful and lent itself well to what we wanted to achieve. Everyone felt like we were staying in a palace! I would recommend this...

"Our stay in Escondido was amazing. The house was spotlessly clean, secluded, and simply great. We enjoyed using the BBQ pit without any issues and the hot tub was a hit, especially on the cooler day we stayed in. The house had everything for our little ones, from toys to a high chair. "We had several members of our extended family coming into town for a wedding and this listing was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their private spaces. The common areas were great for hanging out and plenty big to accommodate us. The setting is gorgeous. The view is phenomenal. The pool is lots of fun in the hot tub was nice at the of some big days. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a couple of families share this property and it was exactly what we needed. Nestled in the hills with great views and quiet surroundings. Great pool, tennis/pickleball court and overall house with a great family room and kitchen. Close to San Elijo Hills which is a great small town with shopping and restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive. The owner Bob and his son Dylan were fantastic and great hosts. Communication with them was very easy. Highly recommend this as a getaway if you are...
