“Beautiful hotel, Wow!”
My husband and I really enjoyed that beautiful hotel. We wanted to stay longer in Edmonton just to stay at that hotel. Wow!

Great stay, friendly staff, very clean & a super comfortable bed. Despite the kitchen staff not showing up the next day to prepare breakfast, it was a great place. I highly recommend it.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered this hotel. The lobby was spacious and it was immaculately clean, the staff were very professional and friendly; the check in was very fast and efficient. When I arrived at my room it was spacious and very clean. Upon checking out the breakfast room it was found to be of similar high quality as the rest of the hotel. I was impressed enough to look up the manager and let her know that I was very pleased.

Great new hotel close to excellent shopping, with access to the industrial area in Edmonton's south. Hotel was new with rooms nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast is also included for great value.
“Good deal for price paid”
Excellent room for the price. Clean, comfortable beds, working adjustable thermostat. Decent quality complimentary breakfast, however the breakfast hours are short (6:30-9:30) and it's an incredibly small dining area. There were a LOT of young families with several small children running about, which made for a rather noisy, cluttered and semi-chaotic atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend for the business traveller.
“Feb break trip”
This hotel is only a few years old so is in great condition with newer bedding,soft towels, new decor. We are a family with two adults and two kids, 1 and 6. We stayed in a business room with a king bed and a sofa bed (queen size I think). The room was a decent size. Had fridge and microwave which we appreciate when travelling with small kids. Our room was off the main hallway, so was more secluded and quiet. We did have issues with the people above us making noise continuously until late at night. They had kids because occasionally I could hear them screaming. I wish people would be more respectful of others around them. If your kids are going to be running around and screaming, jumping then ask for a first floor room so you are not bothering other guests!! The breakfast was average, nothing too exciting (cereal, toast, waffle maker) but I was glad they had it. The pool is small, especially with a waterslide attached to it. When the older kids were coming down the waterslide there was no where for others to swim without getting hit or sprayed. Also you have to walk past the front lobby desk with people checking-in and the front entrance, to get to the pool. Besides all these little things we did have a pleasant stay and would recommend it to friends/family.
