"Beautiful house! Very comfortable and the decor made it feel like you are in a tropical paradise! Also only 10-15 min from New Smyrna beach. Mostly clean, but did find a couple spiders and one cockroach but was easily killed by the Raid we bought. Other than that, it’s a very well maintained property with all the equipment you could need already provided."

"We loved this cottage. The beds were big and comfortable, it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces with a fire pit and large table. The manager was very accommodating. The only caveat - there are lots of decoration glass pieces throughout the house. We had to store them in closets to prevent small children from breaking them. Overall this was a super nice and comfortable house."

"This house is bigger than the pictures listed make it look! Comfortable and clean, the layout of this house is open and inviting, and we had no problems with anything. We brought our dog, and the owner left out couch covers for us. There were lots of small amenities that other rentals lack, like throw blankets and a baby crib and high chair tucked into the master closet, along with real plates, not plastic, and some bigger kitchen items, like a blender. Very nice!"
