The Best of the Beach is the oceanfront Bahama House, which features an outdoor pool and a spa tub. Built with guests in mind, your stay includes a daily deluxe Continental Breakfast and Cocktail Reception, high-speed internet access, as well as daily newspapers and freshly baked cookies in the lobby each morning. For a surcharge, an airport shuttle is available to guests. This boutique hotel also offers a picnic area and laundry facilities. Onsite underground parking is complimentary. “Pleasant hotel for family w/little kids”
Hi' everyone, if you are looking for a hotel in Daytona Beach. This is it. Don't look further. Our room was spacious, clean, and w/the kitchen and balcony. The view was magnificent. The pool was nice and warm (trust me on that-I am always cold, but not in their pool). The beach is a "foot" away, so you can switch swimming pool to ocean every 5 minutes. For the families who want to cook - grocery store is across the street. What a pleasant vacation we had. Enjoy your stay.
“January vacation”
The help were excellent. Loved the first floor elevator w/ one of the doors always open! Great people visiting every year, we're going back to see the yearly visitors to the motel. The refrigerator needed noise control and the internet was slow especially on the 5th floor.
“Nice Hotel, good view”
Well I just stayed one night on my way somewhere else, but everything was nice, the pool and hot tub, while I did not use them, were very inviting. Good beach access and the room had a nice view over the ocean. Continental breakfast was good but I have had better selection other places. I would go back if given the chance.
“This is nice place to stay”
We have stayed here in the past and was there again in April and we love staying here. Everytime we come to Daytona Beach, we try to stay here. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. The rooms are nice especially with the kitchenette. We will back again for sure !!
“Great vacation”
My wife and I drove from Lakeland, Fl. I read the reviews on this hotel and I can tell you they all lived up to there ratings. The underground parking is a definate plus and the location even though a little away from somethings is great because it's not overcrowded. Would highly recomend this hotel to anyone.
“Very happy with this motel will be coming back soon”
This was our first trip to Daytona Beach and we were very happy with the motel and the very friendly staff. The motel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We will definitely be using the Bahama House as our Daytona Beach Shores hotel. I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.
“nice place loved free cocktail hr staff friendly”
clean rooms, no bugs free brakfast was what you expect, no bar but free happy hour was fun and a chance to talk with others walk to town (board walk )was fine for us but may be a little to far for others.would stay again .
“Wonderful Stay”
We stayed at the Bahama house for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. We went during spring break and wouldn't know it was happening. The hotel was extremely quiet. Our room was huge, with a full kitchen and two queen beds. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful. We will go back and stay again.
“Very impressed”
We reserved for 9 days and chose this hotel based on the positive reviews the hotel was getting. When we checked in, we were not disapointed. Room was very clean, service and staff were outstanding and friendly. The piano in the entrance was a nice touch for my young daughter to practice. Parking underground was very good allowing access to the fresh car or avoid the downpour. Beach toys and chairs for bringing out the beach were additional pluses. Also beach tower were plentiful. Spa was especially nice addition to the nice pool. HBO TV in room another bonus. plenty of chairs in the room for my small family. Only thing on my wish list missing was an oven - not everything can be microwaved. Beach was also very clean and nice (unlike other places like Pompano Beach and Miami). Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great Hotel for the price, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast and Happy hour were great! Pool and beach was very nice.
