The door didn’t open all the way. We had to pay a daily parking fee and couldn’t even park in the parking lot 2 nights. Then the front desk lady wanted to argue with me about what is my problem? She said they had an overflow parking which ended up just being a sand lot. Not a lot we should be paying a daily rate to park

Went here for Jeep Beach. Room was big, cool, clean, and comfortable. Quiet after dark. Nice pool and great beach access. Plenty of parking. Expedia and the hotel screwed up my reservation, but the clerk managed to save me. Great place to stay.

Great customer service, enjoyed our stay even during jeep week which was as busier. Have to say being ocean front with a balcony we couldn’t hear the loud music through our door! Beds are pretty hard and pool had lots of sand ( typical for a hotel right near the beach) just didn’t see it getting cleaned often

We stayed in a Oceanfront King Suite... definitely not the nicest "suite" we've stayed in but everything was adequate. The bedroom had a nightstand next to the bed that blocked the walkway into the bathroom giving maybe 12 inches to squeeze through to get into the bathroom. Very odd. The room was clean, the balcony a bit tight and not super comfortable but adequate to watch the many dolphins we saw throughout the day. I saw other reviews mention unclean hallways and roaches and things; I investigated and didn't see any of that. I also saw reviews mention a horrible breakfast lady so we investigated that as well. The breakfast lady was super friendly and did a great job everyday making sure everything was adequately supplied. The only thing I saw was her politely asking people to use tongs and not their fingers which I suppose some people probably get offended by. That's on them not her. Breakfast was pancake machine, scrambled eggs each day, sausage (somedays patties and links), one day biscuits and gravy, coffee and juices, some pastries / bread and some fruit, cereal, milk. overall very good breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance of the hard rock (Sessions is very good to eat at and listen to entertainment) and the other direction there is an oyster bar that we like. We parked the car for our 3 nights and didn't drive anywhere. Great stay, we enjoyed it!

Great view, except for parking lot construction. Great service, very accomodating staff. Convenient location, good breakfast. Convenient parking. Wish beach was handicap accessible; nightmare to navigate a dozen or so steps to access it. Needs better sitting room furniture. Couch uncomfortable, cushions don't cover all of frame, felt board on back of legs sitting down. Arm chairs too narrow made for kid size people. Overall good accomodation reasonable price nice staff, good ocean view and free breakfast.

Ridiculously noisy people . Staff was nice and let us switch rooms but unfortunately didn’t help for long as people are still yelling up and down the hallways at 10 pm and the walls are thin as paper. Will definitely not stay here again .
