"Billy’s cottage was a haven. Our luggage took 3 days to arrive but the cottage and the docks were wonderful. It’s quite a walk to the centre of Dublin, we sometimes ubered which made it very easy (NB - eirecode is very important as the cottage isn’t easy to find otherwise). But would love to stay again and heartily recommended."

It was in a perfect location, we were able to walk to restaurants and local pubs, but it was far enough away that we had peace and quiet as well. Sleep great, which was needed after a long travel day. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The landlord was very kind, responsive and accommodating. I even forgot my headphones when checking out and he drove to the bus stop just to give them back to me, so...

It's also close to Dublin airport and a relatively easy connection to downtown Dublin with the DART train in Malahide. "This property is in a great location - we walked everywhere we needed to, including Guinness which was the farthest but still not that far. We were able to check in very early which was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit small but that wasn't surprising given the small footprint of the hotel and being in the city. "
