"Very nice hotel. My boys enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The pet fee far too high; I guarantee you my three boys could potentially cause more mess or damage than my Golden Retriever ever would. I do appreciate them being a pet friendly hotel, I just think $100.00 fee is a bit pricey. "

"My initial room was near an exit door. The door slams shut when closing. The thing that slows the door down is missing. I called the front desk person, Courtney, around 10:30pm telling her that I really needed another room in order to sleep. She was very helpful and immediately found another room for me knowing she couldn't call maintenance at that hour. I packed up and moved rooms. Kudos to Courtney! "

"No one was at the front desk. Can't find anyone for check out. Just left my keys on the counter. Got my bill by email a few hours later"

"Staff checked us in early even though she had to move some things around to accommodate us. The suite is large and comfortable, though aging, with duct tape holding some of the baseboard in place for example. The small kitchen would be a nice benefit if we werestaying longer."

"Avoid room 101 ... it's very noisy next to an exterior door to the parking lot and you can hear the guests above walking across the room, and the shower running. We also had rain hitting some metal on our window (it was oddly loud). **Guest Service** peeps were great... especially breakfast on 5/18 we were in a hurry and she was super accommodating. We will return! "

"My checkin person gave me the best tip to walk at Lebanon Park and I went that very night as was ten mins away - just gorgeous. Also the staff at the duster hotel were so lovely and let me swim in the pool. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good. I’ll be staying next door next time! Cleaning staff super nice too. "
