“Staying at the downtown Westin in Minneapolis”
A very pleasant environment. The hotel and rooms were very clean and it was very nicely decorated. The beds and blankets were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return there in the future.
“Comfortable and convenient!”
We stayed at the Westin for the first time this weekend for a little overnight get away. Everything was in perfect order. Super clean and easy access to almost anywhere in downtown Minneapolis. We checked in with the friendly helpful staff, who also provided suggestions and directions. We loved the room; clean, neat and modern. We then were able to walk around Minneapolis to a number of locations including Nicollet Mall! The only downside to the hotel is the parking. The hotel is next to a couple of different ramps, and they also provide valet service. Overall wonderful experience.
“Great stay at the Westin”
The staff was exceptionally accomodating. We arrived early expecting to leave our bags with the bell captain and were told a room was ready for us. The room was comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. The exercise room and lap swim pool were great, although the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer. This hotel is very well situated, near good shops and restaurants.
“Loved it!”
We are St. Paul natives and were remodeling our house. We needed a good night's sleep and respite from the construction chaos. We had never stayed at The Westin, but it was a good price and in downtown Minneapolis which was what we wanted. The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing. The view could have been better, but that didn't bother me at all. They were understanding and gave us a late check out. The room service food wasn't as good as I expected. The most important thing to me was the quietness. We got the good night's sleep we were looking for. I will go back and recommend it to my friends and family.
“Great Location Downtown”
Great location in the heart of the city. Very modern feel throughout. No doubt in my mind that I stayed in a four-diamond hotel.
“I would stay again”
I really enjoyed my stay, I thought it was very clean and comfortable and very accessible to local area interest. I felt the desk staff could have been a little more corduial
