"My initial room was near an exit door. The door slams shut when closing. The thing that slows the door down is missing. I called the front desk person, Courtney, around 10:30pm telling her that I really needed another room in order to sleep. She was very helpful and immediately found another room for me knowing she couldn't call maintenance at that hour. I packed up and moved rooms. Kudos to Courtney! "

"This is a lovely, clean hotel. There were a couple problems with our room, the blinds did not work, so we could not get any daylight in. (Were only there one night, so we didn't mention until we left.) Also the coffee pods for the regular coffee did not fit the pot. They told us they were sent a substitute, but they did not check to see if it worked. Otherwise the staff was nice, and our room was lovely."

"Staff checked us in early even though she had to move some things around to accommodate us. The suite is large and comfortable, though aging, with duct tape holding some of the baseboard in place for example. The small kitchen would be a nice benefit if we werestaying longer."

"Avoid room 101 ... it's very noisy next to an exterior door to the parking lot and you can hear the guests above walking across the room, and the shower running. We also had rain hitting some metal on our window (it was oddly loud). **Guest Service** peeps were great... especially breakfast on 5/18 we were in a hurry and she was super accommodating. We will return! "

"My checkin person gave me the best tip to walk at Lebanon Park and I went that very night as was ten mins away - just gorgeous. Also the staff at the duster hotel were so lovely and let me swim in the pool. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good. I’ll be staying next door next time! Cleaning staff super nice too. "

"This was a hotel we were relocated to because the one I actually booked was over booked by 30 rooms and so after sitting on the phone for an hour and a half, arriving here at 1am to be greeted by a nice man working the front desk he advised us that they did not have cable nor did they have free breakfast like the one I had originally booked had. He asked if that was okay and of course I wasn’t going to complain at 1am when all I wanted was a shower and some rest. Overall room was ok. No...
