“Great Downtown Hotel”

The service and maintenance of the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown was a great stay. I just wanted to be informed of the parking charge before hand, which is my only really problem with the hotel.

“Extremely Impressed”

I've stayed in downtown Minneapolis several times and have often had a good experience, but this hotel left me impressed. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and incredibly welcoming. Our room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. In the evening we dined at the restaurant and my niece was in the mood for something that was not on the menu. Although we tried to encourage her to select something from the menu, the server graciously offered to provide what she wanted and said it wouldn't be a problem to have it made up. That is definitely going above and beyond expectations. We definitely will be considering this hotel as on the top of our list on our return visit!

“Minneapolis Superb Stay”

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Minneapolis are. It was well within walking distance to the Convention Center where we were having our conference. I only wished I had stayed here the first two nights of the convention. We had to transfer from our first hotel which stated it had a 3.5 star rating (which turned out to be a 2.5) and were able to get in to this hotel for our last night stay. It had all the modern conveniences most people require when staying in a hotel (i.e. microwave, refrigerator, etc.) whereas our last hotel did not. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They had many people they had to deal with during this week, and were very patience and courteous. I will plan to stay here during our next escape to Minn., MN.

What an awesome hotel!! -- Great location.... beautiful rooms... comfortable bed ... great service in every department --- terrific breakfast!

“classy comfort”

I thought this was a great hotel and was really surprised by some of the nice amenities. Free wifi and wired internet was great. Free computers downstairs. Free printing via computers or via secure remote printing. It was just a really nice and classy place with great friendly staff. My wife and I enjoyed a weekend here with our 8 month old baby (concierge offered me a crib for the baby without my even asking). Room came with a microwave and mini fridge. The pool was nice. only things that I would change: add a hot tub put a tub in the bathroom (it was only a shower). But still, this was a great place to stay. Really enjoyed it.

“A Great Hotel”

The Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown was a very nice hotel to stay at. The location was perfect for me. Staying there helped my visit to Minneapolis memorable and pleasant.

“Great hotel near Mpls Convention Center”

We stayed three nights for a conference and found this to be a perfect location: 2 blocks from the Convention Center, comfortable rooms, good work space with great chair, food and drinks on the first floor. Wouldn't stay anywhere else for a convention!

“Very cosy, small hotel”

Really enjoyed my stay and the hotel amenities; the grill/restaurant was very good and the staff was very accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze. It was about a 5 minute walk from the Convention Center. If I attended another convention in Minneapolis, the Hilton Garden Inn would be my first choice

“walk two blocks and find a less commercial stay”

needed a nice place for a good price and this sort of fit ......sometimes I need a place instead of driving 30 miles.. Great Bartender Valets Front desk...a place you can get your hands around

Beautiful property. Very spacious rooms with all the necessities for business traveler. Impeccable lobby and service. Five star experience and highly recommend.
