“just ok”

ok for the money. dirty in places, weird check-in/check-out process, small hotel, room keycard stopped working repeatedly. Shuttle to MOA and airport was nice and on time. Continental breakfast was ok, WiFi very slow and pretty much useless.

“will go again”

Thought it was a great hotel. Very friendly staff, close to airport, mall of america and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, it was our weekend to go to the vikings game. Will go back again

“Would stay again in a heart beat..”

Location was good but hard to find. Needs more surrounding restaurants to choose from. Helpful staff when needing directions. We only stayed for 2 nights and spent very little time there, so we didn't use the amentities much. Room cleanliness was well maintained and serviced. The hotel as a whole was clean and upkept.

“Exquisite customer service & wonderful beds!”

The staff working on the evening of our arrival were most accomodating. They assisted us not only with an evening meal but also directions to a nearby Scandanavian restaurant. The beds were fabulous. The room was very reasonably priced. We had just come from another place of lodging 45 minutes away that didn't even have a coffee pot in the room and no elevator for second floor rooms--and their rates were five dollars less! We would definitely return!

“Just one problem”

Hotel was very nice and had some wonderful people working and managing the property. Just one problem...got a wake up call in the middle of the night by error and couldn't get back to sleep. Other than that, no reason not to recommend this hotel.

“Not for women travelers on their own”

The room was huge and clean, the bed comfortable--but I was awake all night long and will never stay in this hotel again. I arrived at 8 pm, tired, hungry, and with a burning sore throat. I needed a light supper in my room while I watched a movie--so I could fall asleep and get better before my early morning flight. There was no booklet of info in the room, so I turned on the TV--which kept urging me to watch a movie for only $5--but every time I selected the movie menu, I was told it was unavailable. I phoned the front desk to ask about the menu for room service and was told it was on the TV--you guessed it, also "unavailable." I phoned the front desk again and they told me I could come downstairs to see the menu. Once there, I'm told there is no room service--so I have to order my chicken soup at the front desk and will need to carry it upstairs myself. I can't even get a glass of wine without ID (which was back up in my room)--though I'm 63! Two young men were working as hard as they could to check people in, bartend, and cook--an impossible task. And of course my chicken soup was cold by the time I got it up to my room. No matter how beautiful a hotel is, if it's understaffed, has no room service, and constantly advertises movies one can't watch, no single woman traveler will be able to completely relax in it.
