"Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails."

"My wife and i just celebrated another anniversary in Carova Beach at this beautiful home. The home is in immaculate condition and has all the necessities for a great holiday. The beach is also clean and is perfect for sunning, walking, sandcastles, fishing. You absolutely need 4x4 to get there and that is another experience you will remember. "We stayed one night at Dina’s private room. Communication was excellent. The room was perfect for me and my daughter. There is beach items, coloring books, magazines, lots of “extras”. It felt very homey."

The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. "The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
