Welcome to our warm, bohemian retreat—nestled on a hill with beautiful views and just minutes from everything Emerald Isle has to offer. This clean and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features natural wood accents, lush plants, a comfy leather couch, and very comfortable beds. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a fabulous dining area for evening dinners, fresh linens, a washer and dryer, and plenty of games for both kids and adults. Relax on the peaceful porch, gather around the fire pit under the stars, and soak in the laid-back, nature-inspired charm of this special space.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Laundry set up was easy to use and the kitchen was set up perfectly. Had everything we needed and was the perfect spot to come back and wind down in.

Spacious for 3 adults (inside), nicely furnished, clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, books-games-TV’s a plenty, great water pressure & new washer/dryer, 2 nice sized bedrooms & 1 closet bedroom with sofa bed. On the down side, the exterior was not user friendly for seniors with (we ranged in ages from 57-68-80) some visual & mobility issues (no one was handicapped). Porches had several soft areas along with several differing levels requiring careful attention to many steps both small & large. The same goes for the interior with many areas of multiple doorways & step-ups & step-downs to watch for. The very steep driveway with rough & broken asphalt made for difficult entry & exit from the home & the abundant pine straw from the heavily wooded lot made use of the fire pit area & basically all of the yard not user friendly. While there, the sighting of a couple snakes on the porch made us very wary of them nesting in the abundant pine straw. The weather for our stay in Sept of 2025 was nice so the central & window unit air conditioning was quite adequate & comfortable. We did enjoy our stay but unfortunately would not reserve again due to somewhat difficult for Seniors.

This was our second time to stay here. Was just as fine experience as the first time. Love the added touch of Ghirardelli chocolates on our bed! The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you may want to do & the master bath is spacious with a double sink. Love the canopy bed. It’s definitely a cozy get away.

My family and I stayed here for a week. The house was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved that they each had their own TV in their room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we didn’t eat out. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very communicative and responsive. 5/5 A

Great location and hosts

This was our first time in Emerald Isle and we loved it. The location was great, I will say a golf cart rental is a must! The hosts were very professional and prompt in every communication we had. The property had an AC unit that was broken and couldn’t be fixed until the following day of our stay( check in was on a holiday) and the Host made sure to purchase 5 brand new AC units to ensure we had AC. That was above and beyond in our book! Amy was prompt and up front when we arrived about the situation and ensured us she would make our stay comfortable. She is great! We will be back in the future to stay again.

Lovely stay!

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with easy (walking or driving) access to everything Emerald Isle has to offer. The host went above and beyond for us to make sure our stay was relaxing and stress free.Hopefully these two tips will help a future guest:1) If you are there during a heat wave, there are two window AC units, one in the second bedroom and one in the dining room. Once I turned both on, they kept the house cool with the main unit.2) For washing dishes, the dish rack doubles as a drying rack (the white trays catch the drips) and there is a rack over the sink to stage soapy dishes for rinsing. Once I figured out this system, doing the dishes was super easy.Thank you again for a wonderful, clean, well decorated, and well-furnished location!

The place is decorated beautifully & Amy our property contact was great. A/C system including the 1 window unit was unable to keep up with the Extreme outdoor temperatures our 1st 2 days (Set to 71 deg But only cooling to 79 deg) & the other days it cooled sorta okay. Wasn’t a lot to be done to correct the cooling issue. Amy said window unit was new. I wonder if a more powerful one could benefit or rectify the situation. Still loved our trip.

Chill Spot

Me and my wife stayed for a few days to get away from everything and this place is really nice. Its very roomy and clean with some great vibes. I love to be able to cook when im on vacation and this place had everything i needed, i even got to grill out one night on the really nice grill out on the deck. If we stay in Emerald Isle again we will definitely be staying here.

Just lovely

My wife and I had the best time here. What a gem and such a lovely home. So nice to have the whole place to ourselves and there was so much room to relax and enjoy the space. The plants were a nice touch we both really enjoyed. We will be back!
