Stroll through history 3 blocks to get to the River Walk & downtown. 20 min drive to beach. Blocks from many wedding venues, Brooklyn Arts District, Convention Center, Microbreweries, wine bars and Local art galleries. Downstairs is decorated with modern mid century upscale furnishings. My fav: Imported Teak root dining table. Relax on front porch and feel at home! Each bedroom has a super comfy queen. Air mattresses and cots also available if you need. 24/7 access to myself and my assistant. We do things the right way! Full kitchen stocked with pots pans and utensils. Drip coffee machine and Keurig stocked with tons of pods. Do a lot of shopping a little eating, and a lot of walking. This location made it easy to get to the waterfront with shops and restaurants. Home was lovely. It was very clean and easy to utilize. They thought of everything! The owner was super easy to talk to and very polite/helpful. The house has everything you need - including k-cups and creamer! Parking was super easy in back or on the street right in front - we walked everywhere! We loved the beautiful historic homes all around us. Be aware that you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other (and then those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom) - no big deal for families, but perhaps 2 couples may find this awkward.
